I really want to be a sister. I’ve been searching for Dominican communities over the internet and I have only found one so fat that I am really drawn to, the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist. Are there any other Dominican communities that have Eucharistic and Marian devotion and participate in new evangelization?

I don’t have any advice to give you but I’ll be praying for you. 🙂

Your diocese ought to have an office of vocations. They should be able to help you oit.

Oh, my! I typed “fat” instead of “far”! That’s so embarassing!

Didn’t notice until you pointed it out!

But back to your question, are you only looking for specifically Dominican communities? Because I wonder if there may be communities like you are looking for but just in different charisms. Though are you looking only for apostolic communities or are you open to cloistered? Because in my experience with researching orders those with Eucharistic devotions especially do tend to be cloistered.

I am discerning for religious life myself. I’m personally feel drawn to the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia of Nashville. They have daily rosary as well as a form of adoration before/after their daily mass (not sure if they have the eucharist in open view tho  ). They also serve the community as teachers from I believe K through college. Hopefully I was somewhat helpful.

I have been looking into them too! Actually the sisters of Mary come from the sisters of St. Cecilia. But they don’t do the new evangelization, so I probably won’t go there
