Discernment Groups

I am not sure if such a group exists (or if there are enough people to merit such a group, I sure hope there is) or if it is something that we could start but does anyone know of any groups online made for those who are discerning the priesthood. I am currently discerning and feeling that I may need to go into a seminary, but I really would love to talk to others who are going through discernment so that hopefully we can help each other. Even though I go to Notre Dame (I know, probably should have gone to Franciscan), it seems that there are just very few people whom I can talk to about my discernment who have a clue about it. Only my good friends know I am discerning and they just can’t relate, which I can understand. Anyways, those are my reasons, but I am curious as to if such a group exists. If not, would anyone be interested if we created such a group (which I could help in creating and hosting). Thank you in advance!

I don’t know about starting a group, but feel free to PM me on the topic.

Things that might be of interest to you:

1. If you’re at Notre Dame, look for a Graduate Student in computer science name Philip Little. He has a very powerful gift of discernment. PM me for his address.

   Another friend of mine who does a weekly newsletter on discerning your vocation, different religious orders, etc. Posts all back-issues here.
