Why does Jesus keep telling people that he heals to not tell anybody about it?
Do people that disobey Jesus when he tells them not to tell anyone commit a sin?

Why does Jesus keep telling people that he heals to not tell anybody about it?
Do people that disobey Jesus when he tells them not to tell anyone commit a sin?

Jesus was wanting people to come to Him to hear the Good News, not just for miracles.

Is it sinful to disobey someone who tells you not to do something? Not always, especially if you don’t agree not to do something.

But regarding the desire for silence, I could only imagine how hard it would be to keep something like that under wraps.

“Hey Josiah! Wow, you look good!!! Did you do something to your hair? There’s something different about you that I can’t quite put my finger on. C’mon, what’s the secret behind your new look?”
