No dispensation is required to attend Divine Liturgy. Anyone may attend, and indeed Catholics are obligated on Sundays and days of precept.

I meant a dispensation for missing Divine Liturgy.No dispensation is required to attend Divine Liturgy. Anyone may attend, and indeed Catholics are obligated on Sundays and days of precept.
