My problem is that I have overly consentrated myself in wanting to be still that I have overshot the mark.
(I appeared on the program and will relisten to it again myself).
10: “Be still, and know that I am God. I am exalted among the nations, I am exalted in the earth!”
I often say it in my meditation, at the beginning. It brings home who it is that I am praying to. And reminds me of the reverence, fear, respect etc that is due to Him who dwells in my soul.
And reminds me to sometimes just be quiey in case He has something to say. Of course He continually groans within us, in a language we don’t understand and often we can’t hear Him. But the Lord is within us. Be still and contemplate what it is that we have within us.
