Distributing Blessed Items to Non-Catholics

I have miraculous medals to distribute. Should I get them blessed beforehand? I’m just concerned about handing out blessed items to non-Catholics in case any of them had bad intentions.

Generally it’s not a good idea to have something blessed before giving it away, unless you are sure that the recipient is a good Catholic and will treat the item respectfully.
In this case I would suggest you give out unblessed medals and tell the people that if they would like it blessed, they should please ask their own priest to bless it for them.
