One thing that should be pointed out. If you visit a Monastary, such as the Benedictines or Trappist, you’re brivary will not follow their prayers, except perhaps for Sunday morning and evening prayer, but you have to know which week they are in.

Generally, the Liturgy of the Hours, Christian Prayers, are a 4 week cycle. Whereas, monastic orders follow a 2 week cycle.

Some Monastaries are kind enough to make available books for you to follow, other’s, well you have to do some investigating.

Note: Strictly speaking. THE LITTLE OFFICE OF MARY is a “Liturgy of the Hours”. Some people use the terms “Liturgy of the Hours” and “The Divine Office” interchangably. Tsk tsk.
While I cannot speak to the classification the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary as a “Liturgy of the Hours”, when speaking of the official prayer of the Church – That which is typically contained in 4 volumes and often abbreviated into 1 volume (of variable thickness) – The terms “Liturgy of the Hours” and “Divine Office” are perfectly interchangeable (at least if the title pages are to be believed):
