Where in the Bible does it supports that Jesus closed the books for divine revelation? I thought that the Catholic Church believes in this and I am discussing this with a bible christian.

Also, what versus is it that St. Paul said that if even an angel from heaven came down to teach a new teaching to send him back to hell.

In reference to St Paul it is the letter to the Galatians. Please be careful not to take the verse out of context of the whole letter.

Actually, we believe that divine revelation ended with the death of John the Apostle.

Public divine revelation ceased with the death of the last Apostle:

1In many and various ways God spoke of old to our fathers by the prophets; 2but in these last days he has spoken to us by a Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. (Hebrews 1:1)

26But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. (John 14:26)

3Beloved, being very eager to write to you of our common salvation, I found it necessary to write appealing to you to contend for** the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints** *. (Jude 1:3)

most fundamentalists quote rev 22:18-19 to prove what you are saying too.

read all of heberws 1.

Jesus is what is being revealed. John, I understand wrote the last book of the NT, revelation

But what continues to improve is our understanding of divine revelation.

The Cathecism of the Catholic Church is the development of about 2000 years of study and meditation on divine revelation.
