Do all priests vow poverty?

Do diocesan priests make a vow of poverty? I know that most priests now own cars, but I thought their only source of income was a modest salary from their diocese. Am I correct?
 
Hi,

Only religious order priests make a vow of poverty. Diocesan priests do not. However, some dioceses (such as the Archdiocese of Los Angeles) do own the automobiles that the diocesan priest drive.
