Do atheists accept/receive Christmas bonus too?

No, they do it because its easier. But no one does it to “Take the ‘Christ’ out of Christmas”. It isn’t a sign of disrespect, just shorthand. (Nor is it modern text-speak)

And if asked most people could tell you where that came from.
I’ve known a few Orthodox Jews who don’t say the word Christmas at all, let alone write it. Instead they refer to the day as December 25th. I think that’s carrying it a little too far!

THIS! Though, with the economy the way it is, I think an atheist would have to be more strident than Madeline Murray Ohare and Richard Dawkins combined to turn down something called a Christmas bonus.
