Do Catholics, Jews, and Muslims pray to the same God?

One of our priests in a local catholic newspaper proclaimed that “The three religions: Judaism, Islam and Christianity all pray to the same one God.” I disagree because to have belief in God, you have to believe in God the Father,Son and Holy Spirit, and it my understanding that neither Judaism nor Islam acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God. Am I correct?
