Do Christians get Unearned Advantage?

I agree that Christians get unearned advantage but not for the reasons being promoted at George Washington University. By their teachings Catholics are taught to discipline themselves and grow in virtue. and they are also taught to avoid the Sins of all vices vices that have their own destructive consequences. And so by the favor of God they grow into a state where good things are made manifest. We do not say Christians earn Grace because it is a free gift. It is the Merit of Jesus Christ working in us that makes us worthy

This seminar just seems to mash together what they call “white privilege” and whatever other terms come to mind.
 
If I have all these advantages, why am I working all these shifts?
 
We are privileged in some senses: our holy days are often holidays and many secular people celebrate them. Knowing the Bible is considered basic cultural literacy in a way the Quran is not and we don’t have to worry about being physically assaulted in the US. The proper response is humility and gratitude and an awareness that those to whom much is given, much is required.
 
Generally true enough,although I’m less sure about the lack of physical assaults, especially with regard to pro-life demonstrators being assaulted. But there is also the fact that of the major - and in fact, most every other - religion, only Christianity can be publicly mocked, derided, its adherents criticized, in the mainstream media, without fear of reprisals or condemnation. All the media folks, and their Jesus-skeptical programs, who seem to come out of the woodwork every Easter season – why, for some reason, have yet to produce any programs questioning Mohammed around Muslim holidays - or any other time. So don’t tell me about “Christian privilege.”
 
Our definition of good things isn’t necessarily Gods idea of good things
