Do I have to start all over with the annulment process?

Hi everyone! I applied for an annulment about 2 months ago and I live right at the border of another state. I am seriously considering moving over to my neighboring State because rent is cheaper there. Would I have to start all over with the annulment because I would be living in a different diocese then the one I started the annulment process in? (I hope this question makes sense.) I called the diocese tribunal but they have not answered back yet, I just needed this question answered over the weekend because there’s a house that I really would like to get.
