Do I need to have my tubal ligation reversed?

I am 34 years old and am married with 2 children. I entered the Church at Easter Vigil 2007 through the RCIA program but when I was 21 I had my tubes tied. I have gone to Confession previously for this. Do I have to get my tubes untied to “fix” this mistake?
