I don’t know for sure but I’d be surprised if there wasn’t at least the option to learn it if one wished. And even if they don’t, there’s always Rosetta Stone. It’s the language of the church and in my opinion every preist should at least know enough to be able to say mass in it. Imagine the Jews without Hebrew or the Muslims without Arabic!
Probably, they are one of if not the most highly educated orders within the Church and have some of the highest standards of education required to be accepted by them.
