Do popes go to confession?

I was wondering if popes receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation ?
And if so who do they confess to priest, bishop ect.?
 
Dear JR,

Sure! They are sinners like everybody else. They can go to a priest or bishop–whatever. Most bishops go to priests for confession. In many instances the next bishop is miles and miles away. Our current pope goes to confession frequently as many other holy people do.
