Do St Vincent de Paul&Catholic Charities support Obamacare?

During the summer, St Vincent de Paul and Catholic Charities have called the faithful to support the Health Care Reform (there is info about that on American Life League website). Does anybody know where they stand now? People in my Parish want to know if it is still ethical to make donations to these two charities. Thanks for your help, I don’t know where to look and I need to report accurate information. God Bless you all.

I’m not sure if SVdP still does. Since the money you donate and any support you give remains local, I don’t think that’s still a problem. I don’t see anything recent on the svdpusa.org site. I too have a serious problem with some of the positions taken in the name of ‘social justice’. I think it gets way too political.
