Yes. All of them, in fact, are related directly to God. Since God is Creator and Master of the Universe, He alone has the power to change the Universe in whatever way He sees fit. Just because a saint or the Blessed Virgin Mary intercedes on our behalves, doesn’t mean God didn’t directly cause the miracle (in fact, He’s the only one who can).

All miracles come from God, but to give you a miracle that is not attributed to the intercession of any Saint: we exist, the virgin birth, the atonement of the cross, the parting of the red sea, etc.

I’m told, and am researching for myself, but in the Apparitions of Akita Our Lord appeared with Our Lady. Saints have been witness to Christ alone. Saint Francis, if memory serves, saw Him. There are others, very helpful for but not necessarily integral to the Faith.

An incident from life of Jesus:
*46 Then they came to Jericho. As Jesus and his disciples, together with a large crowd, were leaving the city, a blind man, Bartimaeus (which means “son of Timaeus”), was sitting by the roadside begging. 47 When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to shout, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”
48 Many rebuked him and told him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”
49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.”
So they called to the blind man, “Cheer up! On your feet! He’s calling you.” 50 Throwing his cloak aside, he jumped to his feet and came to Jesus.
51 “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him.
The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to see.”
52 “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.*

- This is just one of hundreds of miracles that Jesus himself did. After this the apostles did many miracles. Lord God is same as he was 2000 years ago and does miracles.
