Do we know anything about this "Angels' Rebellion"?

Somewhere in the Catechism it says that a fallen angel can’t repent, same as a dead person can’t repent.

Do we know anything about this “Angels’ Rebellion”? Was it anything like we will face at the end of the time e.g. where we will be judged according to our deeds?

Also, other than the “indirect” knowledge that Jesus saw Lucifer fall out of the skies, how do we know anything about this rebellion and that the Angels had a test of sorts?
