We worship God, but God is 3 in 1 (Father, Son, Holy Spirit). We mention our prayers to The Father and The Son, but the only time we mostly mention the Holy Spirit is doing the sign of the cross. The Holy Spirit guides us through our faith, but do we call to the Father/Son for the Spirit’s guidance or do we pray directly.

The Holy Spirit is one of the three persons in the Trinity, and is God. You can ask God to send The Holy Spirit, or you can ask the Holy Spirit directly. For example, one prayer goes, “Come Holy Spirit, and enkindle in us the fire of your love.” Either method of calling on the Holy Spirit is acceptable.

Yes, the Holy Spirit is God. Everytime we worship God we are worshipping the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, since they are the nature of God.

The Holy Spirit is God, the third person of the Trinity, so yes, we worship him equally with the Father and the Son.
