Do you find that support for Donald trump brings negative judgement on you?

It may bring negative responses but that’s not important - only that the erroneous views are not given importance or weight with others. Its another battlefield that we have to enter when necessary to defend our Faith, Family, Freedom. The anti’s are always around but thankfully they are not literate enough to last in a debate.

You don’t even have to support him to get a negative judgment. Simply not joining in the chorus of hysteria claiming that he’s the worst thing to happen to the USA ever is sufficient for people to judge you.

Some people have legitimate, reasonably well-founded objections to Trump, but there are many other people who behave more like they are 5 years old and woke up screaming in the night at a bogeyman under their bed and it was Donald Trump. The irrationality from otherwise intelligent, well-educated people when he was elected was pretty amazing. It did have the positive effect of strongly influencing me to turn to prayer in a big way, because addressing this issue by means of rational discussion was simply off the table. I hope the sociology PhDs of the world all wrote big fat theses on this phenomenon. I’d greatly like to read them someday.

I don’t pay attention to what other people think about those I support. If others judge me negatively based on those I support, it reflects on them not me.

From the other side – I have friends who are Trump supporters. While I don’t really understand it, I don’t think negatively about them. We’re all adults, and we have our reasons.

Who cares lol. We have a pro life President after eight years of anti Catholicism.

Actually, the more negativity I see on CAF against President Trump, especially after the accomplishments he has made, only goes to reassure me that I made the right decision when I voted for President Trump. The anti-Trumpsters resort to shaming and bullying those of us who support President Trump, but as another poster commented, it reflects on them.

If that’s a typical attitude of Trump supporters, it’s no wonder your getting negative judgments…

I find that supporting any politician brings negative judgement from the folks who oppose them.

I am no Trump supporter, neither am I a Hillary supporter.

I agree that the characterization of some anti-Trumpers as not literate is wrong however I would call them hysterical and irrational.

Lets not get into justifying negative judgments. As far as backing efforts to save our Constitution, save our country from enemies within and without, and above all give thanks to Our Lord and ask forgiveness for the sinful mess we allowed to destroy marriage and families, and the product of butchering abortions and marketing the parts of babies bodies. That’s enough to repair and Make America Great Again! We cannot do it without repenting and reaffirming our Faith.

Whhhhy youuu. If i find out that you support Donald Trump there is going to be a rumble in the Jungle!!!

Again, if that’s the attitude of Trump supporters it’s no surprise they’re not getting positive receptions.

And again, again, if that kind of comment is typical of Trump supporters, it’s easy to see why they might not be perceived in a positive light.

Sure, to the slavish lovers of Hillary, Nancy, and The Manchurian Candidate, that comment would not be seen in a positive light. In fact, no comment against the three blind mice I referred to above would not be seen in a positive light. But those of us who are pro-USA recognize that the Obama administration was a train wreck of monumental proportions. A man who never held a position above a 30K a year community organizer becomes President of the United States. Sure as a puppet of some bigger faction.
I am not really a Trump supporter. In fact I am not a Republican. It is just that the Democratic party stands for so many of the things I find morally repugnant, I will recognize incompetence and outright attacks on what I believe in and react.

I’m none of those things but it’s easy for me to recognize that if Trump supporters are that abrasive it’s no mystery why they’re running into problems. I certainly don’t want to be around people who use that sort rhetoric.
