Do you guys admire hospitals?

Im from Canada and I was at a hospital today, and I loved the way how everyone was just helpign each other, from the old ushers, to the coloured waitresses and staff, to the arabic administrators and caucasian x-rayists, i found it so warming, phenomenal that in a country that can be so divided and liberal on its views, in a place of need we all work together for the better good, i really hope getting to heaven is that easy and i really hope thats how easy christ allows those people to enter if they dont know him , please lord save us!!

There are nurses in my family and I certainly admire all those medical professionals who are hard-working and motivated care-givers. That said, from what I can tell of my own experience, the patient-facing hospital staff is terribly over stressed and an increasing amount of time seems to be devoted to government-mandated record-keeping, cutting into patient care.

Yes trying to get Medicare reimbursement is a challenge. States without Medicare expansion make it even worse for hospitals to break even. And so productivity becomes and issue and that means staff reduction and more stress.
