Do you have this papal document?

I’m looking for the Bull promulgated by Pius XI on December 14, 1927, proclaiming St. Therese as patroness of foreign missions alongside St. Francis Xavier. I’ve looked on the Internet, and can’t find it (maybe I’m just not looking in the right place?).

Anyway, any help is very much appreciated.

I found her canonization encyclical plus several comments about an papal decree doing what you are asking for on that date but missing from every list of papal writings I usually use. Wierd.

Here is the Vehementer exultamus hodie: Bull of Canonization of Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face. I don’t find anything in his documents that mention what you speak of in the OP.
