oh ye of little faith, what other org. be still around after all the scandals and nonsense that have hit the church in the last few years .Jesus said “I’ll be with you to the end of of the world.”
Peace to you
Although Jesus said that at the time of his second coming his church would be on the decline. He also says in those days “whereso ever the body is, there the eagles shall be”.

Well, since the Catholic Church has grown by 300 million in the last 30 years…

This theme does appear repeated.
8 I tell you, he will see to it that justice is done for them speedily. But when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?"
3 For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine but, following their own desires and insatiable curiosity, 2 will accumulate teachers
4 and will stop listening to the truth and will be diverted to myths.
Yet, it remains to be seen what faith will be like in a Centuries time. Things change unpredictably at times.

Until the present world passes away Christianity will survive. So as log as we get another 100 years. Yes. If not, No.

If there were just a few of us with genuine love of God and devotion to the faith, it would only mean we had reverted to how it was in the beginning!

Yeah, which Is why I don’t think we’re closing shop yet.

I take it to mean that the CC when it is on decline in terms of attendances and such, Those that remain in the church and stick with it are “the eagles” and the Host is “the body”.

Pope Benedict has mentioned a church that might be few in numbers but more fervent in faith. Also, we tend to think of The Church as we know it here in the USA where secularism is rampant. However, the Church is growing by leaps and bounds in Africa and in Korea where secularism is not so strong.

How can we doubt the words of Jesus when He told the Apostles that He would be with the Church until the end of time and the gates of hell would not prevail against it?

I believe, honestly, that God will bring about a tsunami of conversions as people, like St Augustine, realise that the emptiness inside, and the restlessness so many experience, can only be filled with God.
Let’s hope so. Let’s hope we live to see it. It would be remarkable and breathtaking to witness a mass conversion.

To answer the OPs original post; by virtue of our creed we believe Christianity will survive.
