Do you think there is football games in heaven?

There is definitely football in Heaven. When I get there, I have every intention of visiting Metropolitan Stadium to see the Vikings play. It was demolished nearly 30 years ago so Heaven is the only place I can see it.
 
I think it’s more likely that there will be cricket. Players usually wear white, which will fit in nicely with the whole fluffy clouds theme in heaven. And it’s a much more contemplative game. Also, it will seem much more normal if a match goes on for eternity. Even here on earth a match can last for five days and still end in a draw.

This pretty much sums it up for me. I am a “football widow.” Never watched it until I started dating my husband, started watching and gained an appreciation for it and the “home team,” and now four years into marriage I am totally burned out on football. I hate it. Every fall I loathe it coming because my husband changes into a completely different person. He doesn’t believe me about it and thinks I just don’t get it because I’m not from here.

So no, I hope there’s no football in heaven. Maybe for people to play, but please, no, not for people to watch.

Seriously, I don’t think there are sports in Heaven.

How about yes, for people to play, but only flag football, although by the time I am in Heaven flag football, or touch football may be rougher than the NFL.
 
Of course there is football in Heaven

There would be American football, Canadian football, Australian Football, Soccer, I think that covers most of the world anyway. 😉

You forgot Rugby football - for Wales, South Africa, New Zealand, Samoa, and a lot of snobs in England:p

And Rubgy League for the non-snobs in England.😃
 
I hope so! I enjoy playing fantasy football. I can keep track of the game while watching the hockey game.
 
I’m sure there is. There are countless threads on dogs and salamaders and pet rats being in heaven, so while all those people can leave the poo on the sidewalk and chase children saints around, I better be able to at least be playing football. The good news is that I will have a “glorified body” so my 40 year old self will not be on the field.
