Do you want the U.S. version of "Dancing with the Stars" to end for good in 2019?

Option 3. I’m indifferent. Is there something going on with it now that we should wish it meets its end?

Yes. Last time around there was no question that one guy was by far the best, and he got voted off before the finals. It’s a popularity test, not a dance competition!

Yes, option 3. Indifferent or don’t care. I don’t watch it, but other people seem to enjoy it.

Saw the title, knew immediately it was a Maxirad thread. No one does context free hyper-specific question about the incredibly mundane like him.

I haven’t watched in a couple of years. Got tired of judge Bruno’s innuendos.

I am in favor of anything that encourages people, especially men, to learn how to dance. My husband and I never learned (grew up Baptist and Pentecostal–dancing not allowed).

My only objection to the show is that there are competitors who are already good dancers going up against competitors who have never danced. But sometimes it works out–we loved Bobby Bones! And all the competitors know that they will be going up against some really good dancers, so it’s their free choice. I think a lot of the competitors agree to be on the show just to get some visibility/good press and to do some networking. And some people just want to get paid for a week or so and get free dance lessons, too!

For me, it depends who is on and if I “know them.” Sometimes it is unfair - like a gymnast competing against a ?? And then when they throw in the elderly person who has no chance. Haven’t watched the last few seasons, since Bindi Irwin was on.
