This article made me want to throw up. This “doctor” operates in my state. In fact, if anyone remembers the death of a young disabled woman named Christin Gilbert, it was rumored that HE (Leroy Carhart) may have been the “doctor” on duty that day (he is friends with Tiller the Killer).

If anyone cares to make comments, we could use a few prolifers views! I made a comment under the name “anti-All-Abortion” but it has not been posted yet.

There should be no such “right” as to murder your unborn children. I want to know about the right of the unborn children to have life. Where is their right? Should we not respect their rights? That is what gets me about this whole women’s “rights” thing. Women have no “right” to murder their baby unless it is only legal and it should not be.

I saw only one of the public comments on the story mentioned that the article was mostly about PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION, not just abortion in general. So I posted a comment under the name “StayingOnTopic” - I hope it gets posted. It’s difficult but we have to keep calling people to account on this issue until justice is truly served for our little unborn brothers and sisters.

Another thing I noticed from the comments (standard I guess) is that quite a few claim pro-Lifer’s don’t contribute to the poor or help out unwed mothers in need. But of the people I’ve known who are actively pro-Life, the more pro-Life they are, the more they really do contribute to such charities and pregnancy centers which do such great work. It’s just another example of using personal attacks and deviating from the real issue at hand because they are simply morally wrong and they don’t want to admit it.

my comment (which said that Carhart is not a “doctor” and its about banning a gruesome procedure which involves crushing the skull and sucking the brains out) was not posted.

I’ve been at the South Street Facility praying on abortion fridays (which used to be EVERY OTHER Friday but now because a facility in Omaha (not Carhart’s) but another (Thank GOD) was closed. Now its every friday.

Carhart is the Devil incarnate. How can he call dismembering a child in the womb “health care” and a woman’s “choice” is beyond me.

Yay - my comment got posted. Look for the name “StayingOnTopic” 🙂

Jediliz, maybe you should try again - I noticed they have some “terms and conditions” - maybe you inadvertently broke one of their little rules and that is why they didn’t post your comment? I didn’t read their rules, but I’m just guessing that might be why yours didn’t get posted.

Anyway, thanks for starting this thread. It is a terrible topic, but we don’t really have a choice - we have to fight against this terrible evil, and sometimes the only way to reach people is posting logical ideas on the internet and hoping for the best.

I tried again and this was my comment, in case it does not get approved, under the name “JustCurious”:

**Why does anyone support such a gruesome procedure?

Imagine yourself as an unborn child. Your heart is beating, you can suck your thumb. You might even be starting to kick. Then one day, nothing.

Also, I’m one of the peaceful “protesters” that has been at South Street facility quietly praying. I have NEVER made a scene. I pray for the mothers that feel that they have no other choice. And I especially pray for those who have been coerced into the abortion, the ones that don’t want to abort their baby but are being forced to (and yes, it DOES happen).

I see your comment got posted on their website, jediliz 👍

Isn’t it interesting that the only response those who favor abortion in some instances come up with when faced with the topic of Partial Birth Abortion is to change the subject? I think it is very good to just keep bringing the topic back to the matter at hand in this situation and force them to at least think about it. Nobody with half a heart can be for that horrible procedure, especially now with all the medical evidence that it is simply NEVER necessary. Let’s keep praying! As horrible as it is, we know we are on the Lord’s side so that must be our comfort and our strength.
