Does anybody shop at Krogers?

they do they do they do.

we have 2 within 5 minutes of here. one i like the other i wouldndt shop from on a bet.

the opposite is true with heb, i hate the one here but loved the one near my last apartment.

while im sure they try to keep it the same across the board, each store has a different manager and there are different coporate whatevers checking, stores will vary…plus unless i wanna go to a licquor store(somewhat out of the way) kroger’s beer selection is tops.
 
This is old news, talk to anyone that is in farming and they can tell you they have been dealing with this for years.

The result of this??? (short answer)

Small farmers in the US end up having to close their feedlots because the cost of cattle goes too low and corn too high in the US because of Ethanol.

My dad closed his feedlot after at least 35 years of VERY hard work this past spring.

ETA: I didn’t answer your poll question because I didn’t get how the answers are related to the question 🤷

To be fair, the comment was legit. The OP and following discussion was about meat and a North American Union, which is a political thing. If you are upset about it being political, be upset at the OP and not the other comment.

As to the OP’s real reason for posting :rolleyes: , read the labels on all of your food… at least half of my groceries say, “May contain ingredients from Country X, Country Y, and Country Z.” Like the PPs said, they’re just covering themselves.

LOL, lighten up! I respect Ron Paul as well but a good number of his followers are REALLY into the whole conspiracy thing IN FACT there was some RP stuff on the page with the meat information.

You don’t need to be on the political forum to joke about a politician, especially in something as lighthearted as this and especially when there is information on the link… please do not resent the remark it was not meant in harm.
 
A bunch of people don’t seem to get the poll which is why I made the Ron Paul comment (not in a mean way to offend anyone though).

There are a number of people, many of whom during the election seemed to be supporting Ron Paul, who are big conspiracy buffs.

They believe that all the other candidates and our current President want to expand NAFTA and remove the boarders between Mexico, the US and Canada to make an American Union. (Much like the EU and as a predecessor to a World Union or Government… many of these people are also Protestant end-times buffs who misinterpret the Book of Revelation and are looking for the Anti-Christ)

There were TONS of YouTube videos a few months ago about it. The OP’s question are related to what you think about the Kroger meat proving or alluding to the conspiracy theory 🙂

The fact that most people don’t get it tells me that the OP and myself probably paid too much attention to all the fringe groups during the election! 👍
