and people complain women don’t have any power in the Church. she is either a nun, a former nun, or a DRE

Well, she is only a notch or two below the DRE in power, and the nun died a few back. (note- it really really helps to be Irish here also)

There is one other directly beneath her, but that one makes sense, she is related to an alderman here.

So, yeah I don’t understand the talk that women dont have any power here in the church. They need to go to my parish. Its a chicago thing maybe?
