exercising and toning at home? I walk 1 to 2 miles per day, weather permitting. I also want to tone my thighs and torso. What kind of exercises are good for those areas? —KCT
For thighs, I started stair climbing–not machine stairs but just good old stairs. I’m now doing 10 flights of 20 stairs each. When I started I could barely do 2 flights. QUOTE]
We used to live in a townhouse that had 2 long flights of stairs. It was great exercise. Now we are in a split and the whole house has about 8 steps!
