Does anyone know what album this Christmas song appeared on?

I think it’s called “New Star Shining”, and it was a duet sung by James Taylor and Ricky Skaggs (probably in the '80s). Part of it goes “…on that winter’s night, by His light, they found peace and perfect love…”

The only place I have ever heard it was on this show that came on TNN (The Nashville Network) in the late '90s called “Miracle on Highway 31” with Tom T. Hall and Terri Clark.

It’s on Country Christmas, 2001, A Country Superstar Christmas Vol 3, 2000, and by another artist on Gaither Gospel Series: Joy to the World. I didn’t see it anywhere else according to iTunes…
