Does anyone know where I may buy an icon of Mar Nestorius?

I cannot locate a place I may purchase or be delivered an icon.

Probably nowhere. Iconography is rare in the Assyrian church of the East due to historical circumstances, and the other Apostolic Churches had considered him a heretic. Anathema against Mar Nestorius is now removed by some of the Apostolic Churches, but the stigma remains. No such icon exists at this time.

If you don’t mind me asking, why would you want a Catholic want an icon of Nestorius? Just curious.

Are you certain it’s Mar Nestorius and not another Father re/mis-titled?

One is for sure, as his name was written in Estrangela script. I cannot find it now!

The other was labeled as him, not on the picture however. It looked different than the Cyril of Alexandria or Mar Aphrem whose pictures usually come up. So I take the website’s word.

If you find that again, please post it. The only images that come up for me are mislabelled icons of St. Gregory the Miracleworker (Thaumaturgus).

Do now if it’s OK to do this but you can try printing them out. I found some in “Google Images.”
