It says on the top:
“Affecteux souvenir de vos eleves reconnaissantes” = Loving memory from your grateful students
“Le 18-2-43” = February 2nd 1943
And then the columns are lists of names of students on their respective grade starting from 6th to 1st grade from left to right.

In 1943 France was occupied by Nazi Germany, so just a guess but I’d say that was a pretty rough time for those children.
