Does full knowledge contain knowledge of the degree of sin

Hi guys,

So when it says about the 3 requirements for mortal sin and one of them is full knowledge. If you were to do an act thinking it was genial but it was actually mortal, does that mean you are in mortal sin?
 
You have a history of scruples, please ask your priest this question.
