Does God know everything that will happen?

Hi, I was wondering if when you hear things like “All Knowing God,” and “All Seeing God,” if that means that God knows and sees everything that has happened, is happening, and will happen, or if it means that He sees and knows everything that has happened and is happening. Thanks!
