Does heaven run on real time?

I know that because God created time and space he can operate outside of time and space, but how about heaven? Are the souls in heaven moving along in time with the souls on earth?
 
Hi,

God is not limited by time. Heaven is an eternal now–something we can’t wrap our minds around while we are here. There is no time in heaven.
