I like to think that when Jesus does stuff like this, it’s because He is fully divine and knows how damaging sin is for our souls. It isn’t so much annoyance, as it is emphasis. He wants to make sure we know how important salvation is.
That said, since Jesus knows ahead of time if we will repent, it could also be more like sorrow for our sin, than annoyance that He feels. No point in feeling annoyed if He knows our ultimate choice. But then, there is no sorrow in Heaven…so…
He does look upon us in the same way as the disciples. He might laugh with us when funny things happen in our lives, he is happy when we do good.
