Do you always have to have an intention for you to sin? What if something went the wrong way?

All actual sin is voluntary, and venial sin can be with partial consent. Sin requires sufficient reflection to be a personal choice.Do you always have to have an intention for you to sin? What if something went the wrong way?
1868 Sin is a personal act. Moreover, we have a responsibility for the sins committed by others when we cooperate in them:
- by participating directly and voluntarily in them;
- by ordering, advising, praising, or approving them;
- by not disclosing or not hindering them when we have an obligation to do so;
- by protecting evil-doers.
Right. It’s impossible to sin by accident.so when something occurred and it was totally not your intention, it is not a sin, right?
An error can occur unintentionally, yet one could be intentionally careless, that is, not caring about what is right or wrong, and that would be a bad intention. One should always exercise a degree of prudence to avoid sin by learning what the sins are and avoiding the near and voluntary occasions of them.so when something occurred and it was totally not your intention, it is not a sin, right?
