Does the current Catechism accurately reflect the Church's teachings?

Hi–

As a new Catholic, can I rely on the CCC to accurately relay the teachings of the Catholic Church, or should I be using other materials?
 
Hi,

The very reason that the Catechism of the Catholic Church exists is so that it can help people know exactly what the Church teaches in our current practical situations. The Catechism is it!
