Does the heart have a quota?

or it is unlimited
if it has a quota how can i love God with ALL of my heart and then love my neighbors as myself?
i must love God with all of my heart so i have to kick my neighbors out of my heart
does the heart have limit?

The more you love, the more love you have to give.

I counselled a woman who had a daughter she loved so much that, when she got pregnant she wanted to have an abortion because she thought it meant she would have to take some of the love away from her daughter to give to the new child.

Something I said got through to her and she had the baby. She found that it didn’t take away the love from her daughter, it expanded her capacity to love.

The more you love God, the more you are able to love your neighbour. Love for God decreases selfishness and self-centeredness.

you misinterpret the nature of love. It is not a commodity that can be measured quantitatively. It is gift of self and you give according to your capacity to give. In humans that is limited by many things, not the least of which is the quality of love they have experienced, especially as children and by how well they have loved others and loved God vs. how selfish they have been. In God it is limitless because God is limitless and eternal and infinite in all his qualities including love.
