Definitely NOT. They were possibly in the 1965 Interim missal on the way to the NOM. But those missals are so rare, few have a copy to verify.

The 3 Ave Marias, the Hail Holy Queen, the Sacred Heart petition all come with the 62 TLM today. It just have Pwr windows, cruise control, or Sunroof though.

And as he says, the Leonine prayers, including the original and complete Prayer to St. Michael, is most certainly in the 1962 Missal.
 
Yes. We have altar rails, and we still use them. We have the NO mass as well as TLM mass. Our church will be celebrating our 100 year anniversary soon!!!
 
We have altar rails at my parish and we use it. It also has a gate which is closed and locked when Mass is not being conducted.
 
My parish took out the altar rails right before my first communion back in the late 70`s, they told us kids that they donated them to a less fortunate parish.But with what has happend to HOLY MOTHER CHURCH over the last 28yrs who knows?
