Dominican Priest in Archdiocese of Milan triritual?

Hello,

Would a Dominican Priest serving the Archdiocese of Milan be triritual (Ambrosian, Dominican, and Roman) since both his order and the diocese he serves has a peculiar rite and considering both Dominicans and Ambrosians, if I remember correctly, automatically have faculties for the Roman Rite?
