Dear Scapular,
At our parish, which is Dominican and “run” by the Dominicans, we have just started a chapter of what is commonly called the Dominican Third Order, but since the 1980’s, is more properly called the Dominican Laity.
There are chapters of the Dominican Laity all of the world, so since I don’t know where you live, maybe the best place to find out is at the Western Provinces website, www.opwest.org.
