Don't Catholics believe that it is by grace and works that you can enter Heaven?

In Ephesians 2:8-9 it says “for it is by Grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourself, it is a gift of God - not by works, so no one can boast.”

Forgive me if i’m wrong, but don’t Catholics believe that it is by grace and works that you can enter heaven?:confused:
