So from what I understand, people ask for evidence or proof that is so extraordinary that there can be no possible doubt, and no possible alternative explanation. Obviously this isn’t possible, since we are mortal humans. They say that they would believe, if, for instance, God appeared in front of them, physically, and said he was God. Due to the unwillingness or incapability to believe caused by whatever external impediment ( which need not be a consciously determined one. It might be something they aren’t aware of )applies, they intentionally qualify and set criteria so that the proof or evidence they need, which would convince them of the veracity of a claim of the divine, is not possible by humans. In effect, they are challenging God to show himself directly to them. Besides being extremely dangerous, this is unlikely, as they well know. This is their way of being able to reject our arguments, without providing an actual rebuttal. Sadly for them, it will have extreme and eternal consequences. There is no way for us to overcome this invincible ignorance, so we must entrust them to God. Our obligation is simply to share what we know. Whether they can or will accept it, is something that we must leave to God. The only hope is that their external impediment be removed, which is generally something that can be done only by themselves, or God, if He and they are both willing.
