Dream of my sister getting hurt

I had a dream of me and my sisters. I was walking to the car and was stepping on snow. There was an angry dog and when it saw me it was scared of me and it ran away. I jumped in the car and closed the door. My two little sister were in the back of the car playing with one another. Then I start to hear my other sister yelling and running away from the angry dog. My sister was running on rocks. She got in the drivers seat and she didn’t have time to close the car door in time. So the angry dog got a tight grip on her; the dog pulled her out of the drivers seat and started aggressively biting her. I suddenly hear her call out my name pleading for my help. She sounded like if she was fainting or dieing. What does this dream mean???

I recently had a dream about my sister and her ex boyfriend. In the dream I could feel that she is deeply in love with her ex boyfriend.(They only went out for 2 months and she seems very interested in her, but he doesn’t seem that interested in her.)In my dream she was willing to give up her virginity to him without marriage. And in my dream I could feel that his feeling were not there, he had feeling for someone else. Can someone tell me the meaning of my dream?
