How possibly anything can be experienced without being attached to an event, namely a part of reality? How we could then dream if we accept that an event is a necessary fact for experience considering the fact that dreams are not real!?
  1. An experience can only take place once an observer receive the information related to an event
  2. Events are real
  3. We experience when we dream
  4. There is no event related to any dream since dreams are not real in another word they are no attached to any event
  5. How we could experience something which is not related to reality in another word it is not attached to an event, in nut shell, how we could possibly dream

You have a false premise in your statement that dreams are not real. In fact dreams are real. There is scientific evidence that dreams do happen and that people experience them. You have mistaken the fact that dreams are events limited to the mind of the dreamer for the events not existing at all.

Depending on how strongly you intend the definition of related to be, either dreams are related to what we experience (i.e. I never have had a conversation with my socks, but I have had conversations, and I know what socks are), or imagination allows us consider things we have not experienced by synthesizing things that we know. Of course, both those options mean to the same thing, but it comes down to how you define words, I think.

Or to answer the title question: dreams are a real illusion.

Dreams and Visions are things that we need GOD to explain them to us, since with our limited abilities we couldn’t decode them all those years, I think JESUS disciples should have asked Him about them and if there is another life on other plants. 🙂

I didn’t say that dream are not real in the first place. I said there is no event related to what we dream and if we accept only experiences attached to events are real then dream are not real.

What scientific fact? The only scientific thing we know about dream is the increase of neural activity when we are dreaming.

Anything that is real has to be part of reality. Once something happen in realm of reality then it is real and it could be experienced. My question from you is where those events that we experience during dreaming happens? If we accept the fact experiencing is something real then it has to be a part of realm of reality hence it has to be event related.

The only way to resolve this dilemma is to accept that dream happen in reality to since we experience them and they should be related to some events. We are facing with another problem then since our physical body is on the ground then how we could experience that our physical body is somewhere else!?
