I was reading a story about a baby who is dying. 😦

There is a story about it already in the World News section. However I (and I hope this is ok) wanted to start this thread specifically for prayers for the baby and the parents. If I can’t hope for a miracle I hope that the baby can be taken in God’s arms with the least suffering possible and that the parents would be comforted. I was just so moved by this story.

the Lord is with thee
blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus
Holy Mary Mother of God
pray for us sinner
now and at the hour of our death

The Canadian government orders a hospital to kill a baby that is already born. 😦

Lord, let us see the dignity of this child and may those in places of power treat his life with respect and love. Forgive us for our assaults against human dignity and give us the grace to change.
