Eastern Catholic monasticism in the UK

Does any one know of any EC monastic communities (preferably male) in the UK?

I don’t know of any Eastern Catholic communities, but two Orthodox monasteries come to mind:

Brotherhood of St. Edward the Royal Martyr (under ROCOR).

Monastery of St. John the Baptist, founded by the late Archimandrite Sophrony, a spiritual son of St. Silouan (Silvan) of the Holy Mountain. This is a double monastery with both monks and nuns under one superior.

Perhaps they could point you in the right direction?

You mentioned a “double monastery”; I have never heard of them, Are they common in the East?

Double monasteries were quite common in England once upon a time–under the jurisdiction of an abbess, no less. St. Hilda of Whitby was one such.

But this is one is unique in Orthodoxy, as far as I know.
