When can a priest hear a non-catholics confession, or can they? Or is it their choice? Thanks.:confused:

Non Catholics can’t receive the Sacrament… but of course they can come to speak with the priest and receive guidance. But the Sacrament, the absolution, is only applicable to those within the Church who have had the other Sacraments as preparation.
 
Are you already baptized and on your way into the Church? Because if that’s the case they can let you confess if you ask to start.
